Born in Indian Territory, and raised on the songs and stories of her Chickasaw tribe, Te Ata's journey to find her true calling led her through isolation, discovery, love and a stage car...。《网球并不可笑嘛》是 Roots 担任原作 Piyo 作画的一部无节操无厘头搞笑网球漫画，这漫画里的妹子扯淡的时间要远远大于他们好好打网球的时间。这次的外传《兔龟》是讲述兔龟高中网球部妹子们的故事，她们曾经在本篇漫画第 35 话和第 56 话登场，但是在本篇中没有任何台词，而专门讲述《兔龟》这部外传漫画是 9 月 17 日开始连载，这动画化的速度也是神速。《兔龟》的动画将由 millepensee 负责制作，这家公司负责了《网球并不可笑嘛》第 4 季到第 6 季动画的制作，而本篇动画的监督、脚本、角色设计板垣伸将担任这部外传作品的监督，而声优则是漫画连载杂志所属的 EARTH STAR Entertainment 力推的声优组合 Earth Star Dream 成员都是新人声优。。
